Manslu Charity Trek - 23 Days.
The founders of Sambhav Nepal and Ace the Himalaya are leading this charity trek twice a year on April 28th and October 13th starting from Kathmandu as the itinerary below or whenever a large group express immense interest. We believe in creating awareness in areas that Media coverage doesn't, for us, every individual counts!
From your participation in this trek US$200 per person is donated to the Sambhav Nepal Foundation, a non-profit Foundation, for the commencement and sustainability of English medium education along with the construction of a much needed health post, within the isolated areas of Arupokhari, Aruchanaute and Ratmate villages (thirty villages in total) located in the Northern part of the Gorkha district in Nepal.
The challenge of Manaslu has a unique unmatched environment, as relatively few trekkers visit, making your experience more unique and unspoiled. You will be greatly rewarded and feel a great sense of compassion as you trek into the remote village to experience the everyday life, visit the school, meet with locals and see just how isolated the area is.
Each and every day many are faced with countless obstacles, only as we work together as individuals, business owners, Schools, Sporting and church groups, will we see lasting hope as we continue to build for a better and brighter future. Your help is needed to raise money to for this remote area.
We believe that through our guidance children will learn to be proud of what they can achieve rather than ashamed by what they cannot achieve. Upon completion of the trek, if want to contribute further through network contacts to raise more awareness and future sponsorship or make an additional donation it's greatly appreciated.
